Further ours previous, pls note the following new measures announce by other unions:

 Tugboats and launch services - Strike

Boat skippers union is also adhering to protest against workers’ income tax and other working regulations

by ceasing operation today 1800hrs till 30^th April 1200hrs

This measure will affect tugboat, launch serving moo/unmooring and Pilot services at all ports.
