Dear Sirs,
Further to our previous comunication of OBLIGATORY REQUIREMENT TO HAVE OSRO CERTIFICATE FOR VESSELS AND CONVOYS TRANSITING THE MAIN WATERWAY dated on October 09th, 2024.
We inform that, by Disposition 23/24 published in the Official Bulletin dated in October 9th, 2024 by Undersecretariat of Ports and Waterways of the Nation established the requirement to have an OSRO (Oil Spill Response Organization) COVERAGE CERTIFICATE for all vessels and/or convoys of barges of any type and cargo that shall transit the Main Waterway have been lifted on October 18th, 2024 under disposition DI-2024-27-APN-SSPYVN#MEC
