SOEA Oil Federation Union
announced the extension of current strike for additional 24 hrs.
No agreement reached so far between Unions and Chambers involved. Union will advise today pm
actions to follow, probably they would extend strike for another
24 hrs, tbc
Strike
measures so far are affecting operations at San Lorenzo, Rosario, San
Nicolas, Ramallo and Bahia Blanca grain + veg.oil
terminals, where operations are stopped since Dec 9th, 2020. However
particular situation on each port/terminal can change without previous advise
from unions.
Several Grain
Entities have expressed their concern to National Government about the paralysis
of grain ports caused by a union conflict since
beginning of strike.
